"My client was buying a house and needed home owners insurance for the first time. I recommended he call State Farm here in Anthem. He ended calling 2 or 3 other companies for quotes first, but Ashleigh and Jeanette got him better coverage at a great rate. He said they took great care of him and he will be recommending him to their friends as well."

"We have been with State Farm (Nanette McClelland-Miller) Office) for six years and have had great service. Weve had a few glass claims over that period of time and they were handled right away. I’ve read and heard that some insurance companies are treating glass claims like they are accidents. We have not had that issue! I highly recommend them for home and auto."

"I was considering changes to my insurance which was with State Farm. After trying to model my changes on the web site and could not I called the office and asked for pricing for one vehicle if I moved my home and three other vehicles off the policy. I received a quote later that day and based on the new premium decided to proceed and move my home and three other vehicles to another Insurance provider as this made the best financial sense. The next day I received a voicemail from the same State Farm office saying they made a mistake and the quote was wrong and needed to be recreated, and the new quote came in significantly higher. How can a regulated insurance provider issue me a written quote one day and then tell me it is not valid the next? I have no issue with State Farm, but having this experience with this Agent’s office is unacceptable."
