"I was with my last insurance company for 15 years. The reason I decided to change them was the lack of customer service. I googled for a new insurance company. Found a bunch. But after talking to a few I called Nannette McCleland-Miller agency. I was lucky because Shannon picked up. She immediately sent me a quote and for the next few days she answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Changing from a company that I have been with for so long, was a hard decision but Shannon made it very easy. She saved me a big chunk of money too. She is very easy to talk to and absolutely knowledgeable. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for insurance."
