"Been talking to Shannon since January when we bought a second home in Arizona. We needed insurance on the new home, then decided to transfer all five of our vehicles to State Farm from AAA. It took us months to move everything to AZ and fix up the NV home for rent. Shannon was very patient with us (we were so busy we were unavailable often). She had all documents available and addressed any concerns immediately. We ended up saving over $10,000/yr switching to State Farm from AAA. THANK YOU Shannon and Team"

"I called State Farm for a quote on a bundle policy and had the good fortune to have Hope answer my call. She was PHENOMENAL. Super informative. Carefully explained my options and was thorough in answering my questions and preparing my quote. She provided timely responses and was readily available when I called. "We haven't needed (thankfully) to utilize our policy but have been very impressed with this State Farm office. Every single person we have had the opportunity to speak with has been friendly, courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE and exceptional in the art of customer service. We learned that under the Comprehensive segment of our automotive policies that rodent damage to our cars was covered. Who knew? I've never had ANY insurance company tell me that and living in the desert north of Phoenix, that's a big PLUS. State Farm allows monthly payments of their policies for the exact same price as if you paid in full for the year (or 6 months for autos). We have a much lower rate than our previous company who, if you wanted to obtain a lower rate, we'd need to pay in full at the beginning of the insured period. So far, we're happy campers as State Farm Insurance clients and Nanette McClelland-Miller's office has been beyond helpful."
