"Very helpful and explained well.
Made some corrections gor me.
However, I requested monthly premium breakdown for the two vehicles which totaled $303+ which matched the declaration page sent to me, BUT State has been withdrawing $324.00+ for the last few months. This I discovered when I got home to check this month's auto pay.
So I will need to stop by again to see about."

"In the past, I had a not so great experience with this location, but not going to name drop or go over the details on that. After speaking with Eric today, I think this office has fully redeemed itself. He was very helpful and punctual, took the time to work through any questions I had with my policy and got me a way better rate for adding my teenage driver than any other company I’ve dealt with.
He didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary policies, and listened to what exactly I needed. Setting up my policy was quick, easy, and efficient and I’m honestly impressed at this time round."

"Kim is amazing! She is a true professional, yet very personable. The kindness and compassion she displayed was so impressive and appreciated. She went above and beyond, placing the credit union on a three way call to resolve my payment issue. My problem Cleary stemmed from my credit union, yet she spent a great amount of time mediating for me, though it wasnt State Farms fault. Kim is truly an asset to State Farm, as well as to her customers. She is extremly knowledgeable about insurance and her customer service skills are equally superior."

"I called the State Farm Office five times on July 21, 2026 to make a payment. It directed me to an AI system with no connection. After approximately 15 minutes an agent from the main office took the call, and I made a payment over the phone."

"We have had an amazing experience with Chasity. I had to add a teenager and her car which can be stressful. I emailed Chasity a million times and she was always prompt, helpful and patient! It was also MUCH cheaper than I was paying through Costco. I highly recommend giving them a call!"
